Application of Range Test for Emergency Shutdown Valve in Saudi Aramco Specification

随着化工装置规模的不断扩大、流程控制自动化程度越来越高,国家对安全生产的要求也越来越高,因此很多生产装置都设置了独立的安全仪表系统。简要介绍了安全仪表系统及其紧急切断阀的在线测试方法如完全行程测试和部分行程测试,并以沙特阿美合资工厂的紧急切断阀为例,着重介绍了其规范中紧急切断阀的行程测试应用。

With the growing scale of chemical plants,the level of automation for flow control is increasing,the State has more and more stringent requirements for safe production,and as a result,independent safety instrumented systems are installed in many production facilities.An introduction of the safety instrumented system and online testing methods for the emergency shutdown valve is provided,such as full range test and partial range test.Citing the example of the emergency shutdown valve in a joint venture plant of Saudi Aramco,the application of range test for the emergency shutdown valve in its specification is highlighted.
