农村居民就医决策影响因素研究

Research On Rural Residents for Medical Treatment Decisions

目的研究城镇化进程中农村居民就医决策的影响因素,为农村医疗卫生改革提供有价值参考。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样选取1006名农村居民进行问卷调查,统计分析方法主要有描述性分析、χ^2检验和Logistic分析。结果本次问卷调查的有效率为94.28%,66.20%农村居民认为居住卫生状况变好,63.22%健康文化知识增加,61.53%身体素质变好,59.25%满意医疗保障制度,33.30%满意基层医疗服务机构,34.49%倾向到县级及以上医院就医;文化程度、就业地点、家庭收入水平、两周内患病严重程度、健康文化知识、健康体检次数、医疗保障制度评价、基层医疗机构服务评价、医疗卫生费用支出等差异均有统计学意义,并与就医决策的发生有关联(P<0.05)。结论文化程度、就业地点、家庭收入水平、两周内患病严重程度、健康文化知识、健康体检次数、医疗保障制度评价、基层医疗机构服务评价、医疗卫生费用支出是影响农村居民就医决策的主要因素。

Objective To study the influencing factors of rural residents for medical treatment decisions in urbanization,and provide valuable reference for rural medical system reform.Methods 1006 rural residents were chosen with stratified Multi-stage sampling method,Data was analyzed by descriptive analysis,chi-square test and Logistic regression analysis.Results The valid rate of all questionnaires was 94.28%,and 66.20% of the rural residents believed the living environment is better,63.22% thought their health knowledge was increased,61.53% physical fitness changed better than before,59.25% satisfied with medical insurance system,33.30% satisfied with primary medical service institutions,34.49% tended to go to hospital of beyond the county level.Differences in education,place of employment,household income level,severity of illness within two weeks,changed health knowledge status,physical examination times,the evaluation of medical insurance system,the evaluation of health service quality,expenses of health care were statistically significant,These factors were correlated with the occurrence of medical treatment decisions(P<0.05).Conclusion Differences in education,place of employment,household income level,severity of illness within two weeks,changed health knowledge status,physical examination times,the evaluation of medical insurance system,the evaluation of health service quality,expenses of health care may influence medical treatment decisions.
