湖北省城市居民健康城市建设满意度及影响因素分析

Analysis of health city construction satisfaction and influencing factors of urban residents in Hubei Province

目的了解湖北省城市居民对健康城市建设的满意度情况及其相关影响因素。方法采取多阶段分层整群抽样方法,在湖北省14个国家卫生城市和21个省级卫生城市共抽取1569名≥15岁城市居民进行健康城市建设满意度问卷调查,并运用Logistic回归分析满意度的影响因素。结果居民健康城市建设总体满意度为86.56%,其中,满意度较高的是社会治安状况(90.32%)、绿化建设(89.73%)、公共交通系统(88.59%);满意度较低的是文化场所服务(80.38%)、食品卫生状况(80.75%)以及自来水质量(82.80%)。女性、≥60岁老人、学生是居民满意度的保护因素(P<0.05);偶尔减盐行为、每周体育锻炼少于4次、15 min健身圈和居民健康监测点缺乏以及健康城市创建知晓率是主要危险因素(P<0.001)。结论湖北省居民健康城市建设的总体满意度较高,但应注重健康文化、食品卫生安全等维度的协同发展。

Objective To investigate the satisfaction of urban residents with healthy urban construction and its related influencing factors in Hubei province.Methods A total of 1,569 urban residents aged 15 or above were selected from14 national health cities and 21 provincial health cities in Hubei province by multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method for questionnaire survey on satisfaction with healthy city construction.Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of satisfaction.Results The overall satisfaction of residents with the construction of healthy cities is 86.56%,among which,the higher satisfaction is the social security situation(90.32%),green construction(89.73%),and public transportation system(88.59%).Those with low satisfaction were service in cultural venues(80.38%),food hygiene(80.75%)and water quality(82.80%).Female,aged 60 or above,and students were protective factors of residents’satisfaction(P<0.05).Occasional salt reduction,physical activity less than 4 times a week,lack of fitness circles and residents’health monitoring points in 15 min,and awareness rate of the establishment of healthy cities were the main risk factors(P<0.001).Conclusion Residents’overall satisfaction with the construction of healthy cities is high in Hubei,but attention should be paid to the coordinated development of health culture,food hygiene and safety and other dimensions.
