摘要
头盆环牵引可以给重度脊柱畸形患者提供有效、持续、可控的矫正牵引力。重度脊柱畸形患者直接行一期矫形手术风险大、术后并发症多,术前配合头盆环牵引可以有效地降低术中矫形压力及手术风险。本文对头盆环牵引发展历史和进展、生物力学、临床应用、适应证和禁忌证及牵引并发症作一综述。
The halo-pelvic traction(HPT) can provide gradual, continuous, reliable and controlled traction for the treatment of severe spinal deformities. The one-stage correction surgery for severe spinal deformities is a risky procedure which may result in many complications after surgery. With the HPT technique before surgery, surgical correction is relatively easier and produces more rewarding results. In this paper, the progress of HPT apparatus, biomechanics analysis, clinical application, indications, contraindications and complications are reviewed.
