针对电网行业杆塔高空悬挂救援手段不足,救援速度慢的难题,自主研发出改进型的杆塔高空悬挂救援装置,可实现单人救援最快4分07秒,双人救援3分01秒将昏迷人员从杆塔上端10米处下放至地面,救援速度为业界有记载的案例与方法中最快,同时也是目前唯一有可能保证医学黄金4分钟,保留生存概率最高的救援方法。
In view of the shortage of rescue method and the slowness of rescue in high-altitude suspension,a tower high-altitude suspension rescue apparatus was independently developed.It can put unconscious people from top 10 meters of the tower to the ground.The shortest time for a single rescuer using the device is 4'7"while for two rescuers is 3'1".It is the fastest device among the industry,the only one that may ensure the"golden 4-minute rescue time"at present with the highest survival probability.
