摘要
为了解阿克苏地区动物棘球蚴病流行分布情况,为今后更好地开展动物棘球蚴病防控提供科学依据,笔者于2016年-2018年连续3年采用剖检法调查动物内脏器官感染棘球蚴情况,采用ELISA方法检测随机采集的犬粪棘球蚴绦虫抗原和羊血清抗体。结果显示,2016年-2018年共检测血清2766份,阳性率为13.74%(380/2766),3年检测羊血清阳性率分别为17.28%(159/920)、15.34%(137/893)和8.81%(84/953),阳性率呈下降趋势,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=30.49,P<0.05)。检测犬粪3226份,抗原阳性率为21.33%(668/3226),3年阳性率分别为29.34%(478/1629)、25.19%(204/810)和0.76%(6/787),阳性率呈下降趋势(χ~2=272.36,P<0.05)。屠宰场剖检结果显示,羊感染棘球蚴病发病率(11.52%,983/8536)高于牛感染棘球蚴病(3.51%,91/2595)(χ~2=85.87,P<0.05)。调查结果显示,阿克苏地区落实棘球蚴病防控措施以来,取得了初步成效,但仍需要继续加大棘球蚴病的防治力度。
In order to understand the prevalence and distribution of echinococcosis in Aksu Region of Xinjiang,and provide evidence for control of echinococcosis.In 2016-2018,ELISA method was performed to detect anti-Echinococcus IgG in serum of sheeps,double-antibody sandwich ELISA method was used to detect Echinococcus antigen in dog's feces,and visceral dissection was performed to examine hydatid infection in domestic ruminants.The results showed that,A total of 2766 serum samples of sheeps,3226 fecal samples,8536 sheeps and 2595 cattles were tested during 2016-2018.The seroprevalence rate of sheep was 13.74%(380/2766).The positive rate of sheep sera in the three years was 17.28%(159/920),15.34%(137/893)and 8.81%(84/953),the positive rate showed a downward trend(χ^2=30.49,P<0.05).The positive rate of canine fecal antigen was 21.33%(668/3226),and the positive rate of 3 years was 29.34%(478/1629),25.19%(204/810)and 0.76%(6/787),the positive rate showed a downward trend.The results of slaughterhouse slaughter showed that the incidence of echinococcosis in sheep(11.52%,983/8536)was higher than that in cattle infected with echinococcosis(3.51%,91/2595)(χ^2=85.87,P<0.05).The results of the survey show that the implementation of the prevention and control measures for echinococcosis in the Aksu region has achieved initial results,but it is still necessary to continue to increase the prevention and control of echinococcosis.
