摘要
除病理因素外,生理因素也会影响脉象。根据手指和手腕的解剖结构,建立血管、皮肤和探头的三维有限元模型,用Hyperfoam材料模型表示皮肤的力学性质,用Neo-Hookean材料模型表示血管的力学性质。利用该有限元模拟研究中医诊脉,结果表明,不考虑病理因素,皮肤越厚脉象越沉。此结果有助于修正脉搏检测结果,提高诊断准确性,对研究脉诊机理具有重要意义。
In addition to pathological factors,physiological factors can also affect the pulse condition.In this study,according to anatomical structures of finger and wrist,three-dimensional finite element models of blood vessel,skin and probe are established.In the proposed models,the mechanical properties of skin and blood vessel are described by Hyperfoam and Neo-Hookean models respectively.Based on the established model,pulse-taking process is investigated through finite element simulation.The results show that,without the consideration of pathological factors,thicker skin exhibits deeper pulse.The present study can improve pulse diagnosis results and enhance the accuracy of diagnosis,which is therefore of great significance for investigating pulse diagnosis mechanism.
