摘要
内侧膝关节单髁关节置换术(UKA)具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优势,近年来受到广泛关注。外侧间室软骨保存良好是内侧膝关节UKA的重要手术指征,但同时外侧间室骨关节炎(OA)的进展也是内侧膝关节UKA失败的主要原因之一。因此,外侧间室软骨退变程度在内侧膝关节UKA中具有极其重要的地位,术前对外侧间室软骨的评估至关重要。
Unicompartmental knee arthroplasty(UKA) has gained widespread attention because of light hurt, quick recovery and less complications. Lateral compartment cartilage in good condition is an important indication for medial UKA, and progression of lateral compartment osteoarthritis is one of the main causes for UKA failures. Therefore, lateral compartment cartilage plays an important role in UKA and its evaluation is essential before UKA.
