摘要
增材制造技术具有逐层立体快速制造、个性化制造、柔性生产等优势,凭借其由计算机模型直接制造复杂工件的先进技术,已在制造工业领域获得大量应用。介绍了增材制造在航空航天及汽车等领域的应用情况,分析了增材制造在实际应用以及后期维修中较传统制造的优势。基于增材制造相对于传统制造的优势,介绍了增材制造的技术、设备、粉末原材料在航空航天用材料的减重设计与制造、汽车行业中的拓扑优化与制造中的应用。最后阐述了增材制造在国内外的发展状况和应用前景,预测了增材制造技术在制造行业的应用将呈指数增长态势。
Additive manufacturing technology has the advantages of layer-by-layer rapid manufacturing,personalized manufacturing,flexible production,etc. With the advanced technology of directly manufacturing complex workpieces from computer models,it has been widely used in the manufacturing industry. The applications of additive manufacturing in aerospace and automotive fields are introduced. The advantages of additive manufacturing over traditional manufacturing in practical application and later maintenance are analyzed. Based on the advantages of additive manufacturing compared to traditional manufacturing,this paper introduces the applications of additive manufacturing technology,equipment and powder raw materials in weight reduction design and manufacturing of aerospace materials,and topology optimization and manufacturing in the automotive industry. Finally,the development status and application prospects of additive manufacturing at home and abroad are expounded,and the application of additive manufacturing technology in the manufacturing industry is predicted to increase exponentially.
