人工智能的理论实践挑战与全球人类智能话语体系的建立

The theoretical and practical challenges of AI and the construction of a global intelligent-discourse system

人工智能进入社会生活以来,给人类世界带来了无限希望,但目前也临理论困境和现实挑战。这些矛盾有什么原因和特点?走出困境的方向和路径在哪里?本文以"文化话语研究"为指针,首先指出人工智能的根本问题,在于其基础理论上的心智主义、个人主义、普世主义,因此实现创新的可能突破口,在于树立一个具有"交际性""文化性""协作性"的新型人工智能概念。继而分析当下人机交际--"智能话语"--展露的样态及存在的问题。为消解当前的担忧和未来的隐患,为保障世界安全与和平,推动人类发展与进步,本文最后提出构建"全球智能话语体系"的人类共同目标与行动策略。

As AI has brought infinite hope to the human world since entered social life,it is also facing theoretical difficulties and practical challenges.What are the causes and characteristics of these contradictions?Where is the way out of the dilemma?With a perspective of"cultural discourse study",the paper argues that the fundamental problem of AI lies in its basic theories of mentalism,individualism and universalism.Therefore,the possible innovation lies in the establishment of a new concept of artificial intelligence with"communication","culture"and"cooperation".Then it analyzes the patterns and existing problems of current human-computer communication-"intelligent discourse".Finally,the paper proposes the common goal and action strategy of building a"global intelligent discourse system"in order to dispel the current worries and future hidden dangers,to ensure world security and peace,and to promote human development and progress.
