摘要
研究了从德国引进铜辊套在双辊连续铸轧生产5052铝合金应用情况,通过制定与铜辊套铸轧生产相匹配工艺,生产出了符合标准要求的5052铝合金铸轧坯料和冷轧产品。结果表明,铜辊套铸轧可以生产出一些传统铸轧法不能生产的、合金含量高、成分复杂的铸轧产品,并具有提高铸轧速度、提升生产效率的潜力。
The application of the copper roller sleeve introduced by German KME company in twin-roll continuous casting of 5052 aluminum alloy was studied. The 5052 aluminum alloy cast-rolled billets and cold rolled product were produced according to the standard requirements by developing the matching technology with the copper roller sleeve casting and rolling production. The results show that the casting and rolling of copper roller sleeve can produce some products with high alloy content and complicated composition that cannot be produced by traditional casting and rolling method, and has the potential to improve casting and rolling speed and production efficiency.
