高原型煤矿班组安全建设关键措施研究 被引量:1

摘要 班组安全建设是"双基"建设的主要对象,是保证矿井安全生产的基础建设。不同类型的煤矿班组安全建设需要考虑的因素和技术方法差异较大,高原型煤矿具有特殊的人文、地理、工作环境等,其班组安全建设需结合这些因素从保障安全角度开展。本文以高原型煤矿--大煤沟煤矿为研究对象,从工人身体(生理)、心理、工作(行为)3个方面对班组安全建设提出关键措施:身体建设方面提出高原体检重点项目;心理建设方面设计了针对大煤沟煤矿特点的心理测试问卷;工作建设方面采用层次分析法对影响班组事故发生的因素进行权重分析,分析结果可为班组事故预防提供重点,同时采用层次分析法和灰色关联度分析法相结合的方法对班组长候选人的能力进行量化考核,为选拔班组长提供科学依据。 Team safety construction is the main object of"double base"construction,and it is the basic construction to ensure safe production in the mine.However,the factors and technical methods that need to be considered in different types of coal mine construction are very different.The coal mines of plateau type have special humanities,geography,working environments,etc.,so that the construction of the team needs to be carried out in combination with the above factors from the perspective of security.Dameigou coal mine of plateau type was taken as the research object,and the construction measures for the safety construction of the team were proposed from the aspects of body(physiology),psychology and work(behavior).In the aspect of body construction,the key projects of plateau physical examination were put forward;psychological analysis questionnaire for the characteristics of Dameigou coal mine was designed in psychological construction;the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used in the work construction to analyze the factors affecting the accident of the team,and the analysis results could provide the key points for accidents prevention;the combination of AHP and gray relational analysis(AHP-GRA)was used to quantitatively assess the ability of the team leader candidate,which could provide a scientific basis for the selection team leader.
