圆齿野鸦椿根化学成分初步研究

Preliminary Test for Chemical Components from Root of Euscaphis konishii Hayata.

圆齿野鸦椿是福建省特有的药用和观赏小乔木,可与同属植物野鸦椿的根、果实等部位入药,但目前主要开展了种子、果皮、枝和叶等部位化学成分的研究,却没有关于根部化学成分的研究报道。采用系统预试法初步探索圆齿野鸦椿根的化学成分。结果表明圆齿野鸦椿根可能含有生物碱、皂苷、醌类、黄酮类、酚类、香豆素、多糖、鞣质以及甾体和三萜类等多种有效成分,为圆齿野鸦椿根的进一步开发利用奠定了试验基础。

Euscaphis konishii Hayata.is a unique medicinal and ornamental small tree in Fujian Province.It is used by the people for its medicinal purposes,such as roots and fruits of the same species.However,at present,the research on the chemical constituents from seeds,peels,branches and leaves has been carried out,but there is no research report on the chemical constituents from the roots of E.konishii.The mixture was extracted from root of E.konishii with purified water and 95%ethanol.The chemical components of root of E.konishii were preliminarily demonstrated using precipitation reaction and color reaction with various indicator.The preliminary test indicated that the root of E.konishii may contain chemical constituents such as alkaloid,saponin,quinones,flavonoid,phenolic constituents,coumarin,polysaccharide,tannin,steroid and triterpenes.The research provides foundation for further study and application of root of E.konishii.
