超声引导下浮针治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床效果观察

Clinical effect of ultrasound-guided floating-acupuncture therapy for lateral epicondylitis

目的 探讨超声引导下浮针治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床效果。方法 选取2018年1月—2019年7月我院收治的56例肱骨外上髁炎患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同分为超声组(28例)和对照组(28例)。超声组采用超声引导下浮针治疗,对照组采用标准浮针治疗,比较2组治疗前和治疗后4周NRS评分及Mayo肘关节功能评分。结果 2组治疗后NRS评分低于本组治疗前、Mayo肘关节功能评分高于本组治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);超声组治疗后NRS评分低于对照组、Mayo肘关节功能评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 超声引导下浮针治疗肱骨外上髁炎疗效更确切,更安全,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate clinical effect of ultrasound-guided Floating-Acupuncture Therapy on lateral epicondylitis.Methods 56 patients with lateral epicondylitis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were divided into ultrasound group(28 cases)and control group(28 cases)according to different treatment methods.Patients in ultrasound group were treated with ultrasound-guided Floating-Acupuncture Therapy,while patients in control group were treated with standard Floating-Acupuncture Therapy.NRS score and Mayo elbow joint function score were compared between the two groups before and 4 weeks after treatment.Results NRS score after treatment was lower than that before treatment and Mayo elbow joint function score was higher than that before treatment in two groups(P<0.05);NRS score after treatment in ultrasound group was lower than that in control group,Mayo joint functional score in ultrasound group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided floating-acupuncture therapy for lateral epicondylitis is more effective,safer,which is worthy of clinical application.
