生血宝合剂治疗维持性血液透析患者肾性贫血的疗效观察

Curative effect of blood-production mixture on renal anemia in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis

目的观察生血宝合剂治疗血液透析患者肾性贫血的临床疗效。方法选择我院收治的120例规律血液透析合并肾性贫血患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予促红细胞生成素、铁剂、叶酸片等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用生血宝合剂,比较2组贫血改善情况、营养状况、临床疗效、炎性反应及不良反应发生率。结果2组患者治疗后血红蛋白(Hb)、血清铁蛋白(SF)、红细胞压积(HCT)均明显改善,且治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血浆白蛋白(ALB)高于对照组(P<0.05),2组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗组失眠、头晕发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),2组乏力、纳差、恶心呕吐发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组总有效率为90.00%,对照组总有效率为73.33%,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论生血宝合剂配合常规治疗血液透析患者肾性贫血安全有效。

Objective To observe the curative effect of blood-production mixture combined with routine treatment on renal anemia in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods 120 patients with renal anemia undergoing regular hemodialysis who were admitted to the hospital were enrolled.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was given erythropoietin,chalybeate and folic acid tablets.On this basis,treatment group was additionally given blood-production mixture.The anemia improvement,nutritional status,clinical symptoms,inflammatory reactions and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the hemoglobin(Hb),serum transferrin and hematocrit of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group was higher than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,plasma albumin in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in hs-CRP between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The incidence of insomnia,dizziness and other symptoms in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of fatigue,poor acceptance,nausea and vomiting between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate was 90.00%in the treatment group and 73.33%in the control group,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Blood-production mixture combined with routine treatment is safe and effective in treatment of renal anemia in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.
