摘要
电力需求响应管理服务系统是电力需求响应系统功能架构中的主站系统,为需求响应聚合系统和需求响应终端提供组织和管理功能,这需要提供电力需求响应信息互操作接口。从应用场景和软件架构方面设计了基于国内电力行业标准DL/T 1867-2018《电力需求响应信息交换规范》功能一致性的电力需求响应管理服务系统互操作接口。应用场景方面,设计了完整的测试流程以及注册、报告、事件、加入/退出的互操作用例;软件架构方面,采用微服务的架构设计风格,设计了Http接口组件、参与者管理组件、事件管理组件以及数据管理组件。设计方案可以应用于国内需求响应试点以及自动需求响应控制应用场景中。
Electricity demand response management system is the master system in the architecture of demand response function model,which provides organization and management function for demand response aggregator and terminal by demand response information exchange interface.The interoperation interface of electricity demand response management system was designed from application scenarios and software architecture based on the national electricity industry standard DL/T 1867-2018.In the application scenarios,the whole testing process and use case of registration,report,event,opt were designed.In the software architecture,micro-service was used to design the component of Http interface,participation management,event management and data management.The scheme can be used in the scenarios of auto demand response operation and other national demand response demonstrations.
