摘要
为横经席育苗的操作规程提供技术参考,采用细胞分裂素、赤霉素和超声波对横经席种子进行处理后播种,观察其萌发情况。结果表明:细胞分裂素、赤霉素和超声波都能促进横经席种子的萌发。超声波处理45 min,横经席种子的发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数均达最大,分别为47.5%、91.0%和1.31,横经席种子萌发时间短,萌发比较整齐;0.03%赤霉素浸泡横经席种子的发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数分别为32.5%、88.5%和1.25;0.02%细胞分裂素浸泡横经席种子的发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数分别为22.5%、83.5%和1.19。
The germination of Calophyllum membranaceum seeds treated with cytokinin,GA and ultrasonic wave is observed to provide a technological reference for operation specification of C.membranaceum seedlings.Result:Cytokinin,GA and ultrasonic wave all can promote germination of C.membranaceum seeds.The germination vigor,germination rate and germination index of C.membranaceum seeds treated by ultrasonic wave for 45 min are 47.5%,91.0%and 1.31 respectively and the germination time and uniformity are short and good.The germination vigor,germination rate and germination index of C.membranaceum seeds soaked in 0.03%GA is 32.5%,88.5%and 1.25 respectively.The germination vigor,germination rate and germination index of C.membranaceum seed soaked in 0.02%cytokinin is 22.5%,83.5%and 1.19 separately.
