嵌入情境学习理论的创业意向模型构建

Construction of Entrepreneurial Intention Model Embedded in the Theory of Situated Learning

结合计划行为理论和创业事件模型的研究成果,从过程视角开发新的创业意向模型。以高水平的创业希求性知觉作为创业意向形成的前提,依据实践共同体和实习场的概念构建创业共同体。运用“5W1H”的管理学思想提出“预创业者”通过在创业共同体中进行情境学习提高其创业可行性知觉,在没有发生置换作用时与行动倾向共同作用形成创业意向。

Combining the result of the theory of planned behavior and the research of entrepreneurial event model,a new entrepreneurial intention model is developed from the perspective of process.Taking a high degree of entrepreneurial perceived desirability as the precondition for the formation of entrepreneurial intention,according to the concepts of community of practice and practice field,the entrepreneurial community is constructed,and the idea of“5W1H”in management is used to put forward that“pre-entrepreneurs”can improve their awareness of entrepreneurial feasibility by situated learning in the entrepreneurial community.In the absence of displacement,entrepreneurial intention is formed by interaction with action tendency.
