新型胃癌筛查评分系统在基层体检中心应用的临床研究

Clinical study on application of new gastric cancer screening and scoring system in primary physical examination center

目的:评估新型胃癌筛查评分系统基层医院体检中心的应用价值。方法:采用横断面研究,对2018年1月1日~2019年10月31日来我院体检中心体检并自愿参加胃癌风险评估的683例体检者作为研究对象,按照新型胃癌筛查评分系统对其进行风险分级,并制定个性化管理方案及健康干预。结果:高风险人群中有36%发现早期胃癌。结论:新型胃癌筛查评分系统在基层医院体检中心胃癌筛查中具有重要价值,值得广泛开展。

Objective To evaluate the application value of the new gastric cancer screening scoring system in the physical examination center of basic-level hospital.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted on 683 patients who came to the physical examination center of our hospital for physical examination from January 1,2018 to October 31,2019 and voluntarily participated in the risk assessment of gastric cancer.The risk was classified according to the new gastric cancer screening scoring system.Results 36% of those at high risk were found to have early gastric cancer.Conclusion new gastric cancer screening scoring system has important value in the screening of gastric cancer in hospital physical examination center and is worthy of extensive development.
