蒙汉双语法学实践教学完善探析——以内蒙古地区为例

Study On the Improvement of the Practice Teaching of Mongolian and Chinese Bilingual law——Exemplified By Inner Mongolia

内蒙古地区作为以蒙古族为主体的民族区域自治地方,蒙汉双语法律人才的培养对于区域内法治建设与发展意义重大。蒙汉双语法律人才的培养需要建立完善的培养体系,要有高素质的专业教师队伍、丰富全面的理论支持和合理的实践教学活动。但是,作为法律人才主要输出方的高等教育中的法学双语实践教学却存在着双语教师缺乏、蒙文教材严重不足、实践教学缺乏实践性等诸多问题。显然,这些问题的解决是提高双语实践教学质量的关键。

as a regional autonomous region with Mongolian nationality as the main body,the cultivation of Mongolian and Chinese bilingual legal talents is of great significance to the construction and development of the rule of law in Inner Mongolia.The cultivation of Mongolian and Chinese bilingual legal talents needs to establish a perfect training system,with high-quality professional teachers,rich and comprehensive theoretical support and reasonable practical teaching activities.However,there are many problems in bilingual practice teaching of law in higher education,such as lack of bilingual teachers,serious shortage of Mongolian teaching materials and lack of practicality.Obviously,the solution of these problems is the key to improve the quality of bilingual practical teaching.
