摘要
为了解决细纱机控制罗拉在纺制天丝(酸性条件)等化纤时存在锈蚀的问题,介绍集聚纺控制罗拉腐蚀失效原因及腐蚀形成机理,提出罗拉标准双层镀铬工艺开发路线;检测对比标准镀铬、KR快速镀铬和标准双层镀铬工艺的镀层关键性能指标,设计出标准双层镀铬罗拉专用镀铬工装,并在中性盐雾、酸性盐雾、酸性环境浸渍的特殊纺纱环境下进行罗拉耐蚀性能试验。指出:罗拉标准双层镀铬工艺可满足镀层厚度不小于10μm,硬度为700 HV0.025~800 HV0.025,孔隙率不大于6个/cm^2,裂纹数不大于50条/cm的要求,在酸性条件下罗拉耐蚀性能可提高5~7倍;标准双层镀铬工艺镀层适用于特殊纺纱环境(酸性条件),快速镀铬工艺适用普通纺纱环境。
In order to solve the corrosion problem of control roller of spinning frame when spinning chemical fibers such as tencel under acidic conditions,the cause of corrosion failure of the control rollers of compact spinning and the mechanism of corrosion formation are introduced,and the development route of the standard double-layer chromium plating process for roller is put forward.The key performance indexes of the coating are tested and compared from standard chromium plating,rapid chromium plating with KR,and standard double-layer chromium plating.The special tooling of roller with the process of standard double-layer chromium plating is designed,and the test of corrosion resistance of the roller is carried out in the special spinning environment of neutral salt spray,acid salt spray and acid impregnation.It is pointed out that the standard double-layer chromium plating process of roller can meet the requirements of coating thickness is not less than 10 μm,hardness is 700 HV0.025 to 800 HV0.025,porosity is no more than 6 pieces/cm^2,crack number is no more than 50 pieces/cm,and the corrosion resistance of roller can be increased 5~7 times in acid condition.The standard double-layer chromium plating process is suitable for the special spinning environment such as acid condition,and the rapid chromium plating process is suitable for ordinary spinning environment.
