摘要
为了解决BS516型和FA507型细纱机生产CJ 18.22 tex集聚纺品种成纱质量指标差异较大,且BS516型细纱机成纱质量指标较差的问题,从分析BS516型细纱机牵伸配置着手,利用加长上销、新型下销等,结合调整细纱后区牵伸倍数、钳口隔距块大小、摇架刻度等工艺参数,进行6个方案的试验优化对比。试验结果表明:使用新型下销,调整后区牵伸倍数及使用加长上销配新型下销,调整钳口隔距块大小2种方案,成纱质量指标均能实现条干CV值不大于12%的水平;且使用加长上销配新型下销,调整钳口隔距块大小的成纱质量指标较好;在现有BS516型细纱机上配置新型下销后,CJ 18.22 tex集聚纺品种的成纱条干CV值为11.74%,细节为0,粗节为5个/km,棉结为11个/km。
In order to solve the problem that the quality indexes are quite different of compact spinning yarn CJ 18.22 tex produced by spinning frame BS516 and FA507,and the yarn quality indexes of spinning frame BS516 are poor,analysis is done to the drafting configuration of spinning frame BS516,by using lengthening top pin and new bottom pin,and adjusting the process parameters of drafting multiple of spinning back zone,size of nip gauge block and cradle scale,the optimization and comparison of six test schemes are carried out.The results show that the yarn quality indexes of the two schemes can be reached the level of evenness CV no more than 12% by using the new bottom pin,adjusting the draft multiple of the back zone,using the lengthening top pin and adjusting the size of the gauge block of nip,and the yarn quality indexes are better which is used the lengthening top pin and new bottom pin and adjusted the size of the gauge block of nip.The evenness CV is 11.74%,the thinness is 0,the thickness is 5 piece/km,and the neps are 11 piece/km of the compact spinning yarn CJ 18.22 tex when the existing spinning frame BS516 is equipped with a new bottom pin.
