Paths of Cultivation of University Students’ Outlook of Labor in the New Era

劳动教育是高校对大学生进行思想道德教育的有效途径,也是帮助学生树立正确劳动观念、培养学生良好职业素养的有力举措。当前大学生劳动价值观念上存在的误区已影响其素质提升,高校应认真分析现状,充分发挥劳动教育在高校人才培养中的作用,通过把劳动教育编入人才培养方案、认真开展好实训课、组织学生参加社会公益劳动等措施促进大学生劳动观念的形成。

As some university students’ misunderstanding in the values of labor have impeded their personal growth,universities should make full use of labor education,an effective method of ideological and political education to help students develop correct outlook of labor and excellent professional qualities,in talent cultivation on the basis of an analysis of current status. This may be aided with mechanisms such as incorporating labor education into the talent cultivation program,organizing practical training and guiding students to participate in voluntary service,etc.
