基于RBF的非稳态工况下发动机负荷特性测试

摘要 针对发动机在实车使用过程中负荷特性难以测试的问题,提出基于径向基(radial basis function,RBF)函数神经网络的非稳态工况下发动机负荷特性测试方法,利用发动机实时转速、曲轴角加速度以及输出轴扭矩精确计算实时油耗,误差控制在较低范围内,从而为发动机技术状况的评估提供一种新的思路。 Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to test the engine load characteristics in the process of real-time operation,a test method of engine load characteristics under unsteady condition based on RBF is presented in this paper.It realizes the accurate calculation of real-time fuel consumption by using engine real-time speed,crankshaft angular acceleration and output shaft torque,and the error control is relatively low.A new idea is provided for the evaluation of engine technical condition.
