摘要
为满足G9512-500GFT型燃气发电机组冷却系统的实时变工况冷却强度调节要求,对冷却系统控制策略和冷却介质的流向组织进行改进设计,计算冷却量,对主辅设备进行选型和匹配,完成具有自控式、智能化动态冷却强度调节功能的燃气发电机组冷却系统的设计与匹配,并通过样机试验完成可行性验证。
In order to meet the requirements of G9512-500GFT gas generator set cooling in variable working condition,the cooling control strategy and coolant flow are redesigned.According to the calculated cooling amount,the main and auxiliary equipments are re-matched and a intelligent self-control strategy for dynamic cooling adjustment is developed.Finally,the feasibility of the system is verified by the prototype test.
