摘要 为研究不同工况参数对边帮采煤机螺旋输送性能的影响,采用EDEM软件建立螺旋输送仿真模型,以输送速率、平均质量流率为定性评价指标,利用极差法分析螺旋输送机构螺距、转速、向下输送倾斜角度对两评价指标的影响规律及主次顺序,最后通过矩阵求解得到最佳输送组合及影响输送性能的主次顺序。结果表明:影响输送速率的因素主次顺序为:螺距、转速、向下输送倾斜角度,输送速率随着转速的增加而增大,随着向下输送倾斜角度的增加而增大,随着螺距的增加而增大;影响平均质量流率的因素主次顺序为:向下输送倾斜角度、螺距、转速,平均质量流率随着向下输送倾斜角度的增加而增大,随着螺距的增加而增大,随着转速的增加而增大。影响输送性能的因素主次顺序为:螺距、转速、向下输送倾斜角度,并得出最佳输送组合为:向下输送倾斜角度为20°,转速为80 r/min,螺距为250 mm。研究结果为提高边帮采煤机螺旋输送性能提供理论基础。 In order to study the influence of different working parameters on the spiral conveying performance of side shearers,the EDEM software was used to establish a spiral conveying simulation model. The conveying rate and average mass flow rate were qualitative evaluation indicators.The range method was used to analyze the effect of the pitch,rotating speed and downward conveying tilt angle of the spiral conveying mechanism on the two evaluation indexes and the primary and secondary order,and finally,the matrix solution was used to obtain the optimal conveying combination and the primary and secondary order affecting the performance. The results show that the primary and secondary factors affecting the conveying rate are pitch,rotating speed and downward conveying inclination angle. The conveying rate increases with the increase of the rotational speed,and increases as the downward conveying inclination angle increases. The factors that affect the average mass flow rate are: primary conveying inclination angle,pitch,and rotational speed. The average mass flow rate increases as the downward conveying inclination angle increases,and increases with the increase of the pitch,and increase with the speed increase. The main and secondary factors affecting conveying performance are: pitch,rotation speed and downward conveying inclination angle. The optimal conveying combination is: the downward conveying inclination angle is 20°,the rotation speed is 80 r/min,and the pitch is 250 mm. The research results provide a theoretical basis for improving the spiral conveying performance of the side shearer.
