摘要
基于液压元件污染耐受度评定原理的分析,通过液压泵和液压阀污染敏感度试验,揭示了固体颗粒对液压元件的磨损作用规律,及其对工作性能的影响程度,完整描述了液压元件污染耐受度的评定方法,通过实测曲线与标准曲线的对比,验证了现有污染耐受度理论及方法的正确性和可行性。
Based on the analysis of hydraulic components contamination tolerance evaluation principle, the wear law of solid particles on hydraulic components and its influence on operation performance are revealed through the contamination sensitivity test of hydraulic pumps and hydraulic valves. The evaluation method of hydraulic components contamination tolerance was described. By comparing the measured curve with the standard curve, the correctness and feasibility of the existing contamination tolerance theory and method are verified.
