综采工作面立柱式大块煤破碎装置的设计与应用 被引量:4

摘要 为解决中厚煤层工作面片帮大块煤经常堵塞转载机入口的问题,提出一种综采工作面立柱式大块煤破碎装置。该装置的主要动力来自综采工作面的乳化液泵站,由前后移动油缸、左右移动油缸、角度调节油缸以及立柱油缸驱动,通过液压系统控制各油缸动作,实现大块煤破碎装置的多自由度运动。经现场试验证明:该装置操作简单,设备可靠性较好,基本上解决了由于大煤块造成的堵塞问题,并且对其他设备的正常运行无影响,保证工作面的连续开采生产效率,其经济效益显著,具有较好的实用性和较大的推广应用前景。 In order to solve the problem of frequent blocking caused by large-block coal face plate at the entrance of the reload machine, a large-block coal crushing device with a vertical pillar type in fully mechanized coal mining face is put forward. The main motive force was come from the Emulsion Pumping Station of the fully mechanized coal face, which was driven by the front and back oil cylinders, the left and right oil cylinders, the angle regulating oil cylinder and the column oil cylinder. Through the hydraulic system controlled the action of each oil cylinder, the multi-degree freedom movement of the large-block coal crushing device was come true. The field test shows that the device is simple in operation and good in equipment reliability. It basically solves the problem of blockage caused by large-block coal, and has no detrimental impact on the normal operation of other equipment. It ensures continuous production efficiency of the working surface. And the economic benefit is remarkable. Therefore, the device has good practicability and great prospect of popularization and application.
