摘要
针对目前市场上现有的断带保护器所不能避免的误抓捕问题,提出了一种新型的带式输送机断带抓捕装置的设计方案。该断带抓捕装置是采用液压延时系统作为断带触发机构、楔型自锁机构为抓捕机构、蓄能器为紧急动力源的一种新型整体式的断带保护器。一旦发生断带事故,可自动启动断带抓捕装置,进行安全可靠的抓捕;如果输送带仅发生正常的打滑逆转,则断带抓捕装置延迟动作,避免误抓捕以致输送带损坏。同时,采用AMESim软件对抓捕机构液压系统进行了建模和仿真,得到了较为符合实际工况的仿真结果,为现有设计方案提供了优化的方向。
In view of the problems of miss catchting in broken belt protection that can not be avoided in the current market, the design scheme of a new type of belt conveyor broken belt arresting device is proposed. The catchers were a new type of integral belt protector, which used the hydraulic delay system as the trigger mechanism of the broken belt, the wedge type self locking mechanism as the capture mechanism and the accumulator as the emergency power source. Once a broken belt accident occurred, a broken belt capture system could be automatically started and a safe and reliable capture was carried out. If the conveyor belt only occurred normal slip reversal, the arresting device was delayed to avoid the damage of the conveyer belt by mistake. The AMESim software is used to model and simulate the hydraulic system of the arresting mechanism, and the simulation results are obtained in accordance with the actual working conditions, and the optimization direction is provided for the existing design scheme.
