Protection strategy in orthopedics surgery against novel coronavirus pneumonia

新型冠状病毒肺炎(novel coronavirus pneumonia, NCP)是一种新型呼吸道传染病,自2019年12月在我国湖北省武汉市相继发现多例NCP患者以来,NCP已蔓延至全国。感染患者数量逐渐增加,随着疫情的发展,患病人数还会不断增加。这些特殊人群发生骨科疾病需要骨科手术治疗的可能性也与日俱增,避免新型冠状病毒肺炎患者骨科手术时的交叉感染是一项重要的防护工作。因此,如何做好新冠肺炎患者骨科手术治疗防止交叉感染也成为了当务之急,本文基于本院抗疫一线医务工作者的防护救治经验,结合国家卫健委出台的关于新型冠状病毒肺炎防控诊治指南规范,介绍骨科手术时医务人员要采取的防护措施和防控策略。

The novel coronavirus pneumonia(NCP) is a new respiratory infectious disease. Since many NCP patients were found in Wuhan City, Hubei Province in December 2019, NCP has spread rapidly across the country. The number of infected patients increased gradually, which will continue to increase with the evolution of the epidemic. Therefore, the possibility that the patients at risk of NCP will undergo orthopedic surgery is increasing. Interruption of cross transmission among the NCP patients and medical staff during orthopedics surgery is an important protection work and urgent task in orthopaedic field. In this article,we put forward management and protection strategies in orthopedics operations against NCP based on the experience of medical workers who treated the patients in the front line of our hospital, combined with the guidelines on the prevention and treatment of NCP released by the National Health Commission.
