针刺治疗脊髓损伤大鼠肠功能障碍的X线研究 被引量:1

X-ray observation of acupuncture effect on neurogenic bowel dysfunction secondary to spinal cord injury in rat

摘要 [目的]探讨大鼠脊髓损伤后胃肠道传输功能的动态变化及针刺下合穴对神经源性肠功能障碍的影响。[方法] 60只雄性大鼠分为空白组(n=20)、模型组(n=20)和针刺组(n=20)。模型组、针刺组采用WD法(高度30 cm,重量60 g重物)制作T10脊髓损伤模型;空白组只暴露硬脊膜。针刺组予针刺下合穴4周,空白组和模型组不予干预,分别于干预前和干预后4周,X线造影观察肠道功能的动态改变。[结果]与空白组相比,模型组及针刺组胃肠排空速度明显减慢(P<0.05),但针刺组较模型组胃肠排空速度相对快(P<0.05)。[结论]大鼠脊髓损伤后出现神经源性肠功能障碍,胃肠传输减弱,针刺下合穴可改善脊髓损伤后肠功能障碍。 [Objective] To investigate the effect of acupuncture of lower confluent point on neurogenic bowel dysfunction(NBD) secondary to spinal cord injury by X ray observation of dynamic gastrointestinal tract function in rats. [Methods] Sixty adult male rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group and acupuncture group, with 20 rats in each group. The WD methods(height 30 cm, weight 60 g) was used to create spinal cord injury model at T10 level in the model group and the acupuncture group, whereas only spinal dura mater was exposed without spinal cord damage in the blank group. Acupuncture of lower confluent point was given in the acupuncture group, while no medical intervention was applied to those in the blank and model groups. Before intervention and at 4 weeks after intervention, X-ray observation was conducted to investigate the dynamic changed of gastrointestinal function. [Results] Compared with the blank group, gastrointestinal emptying velocity significantly decreased in the model and the acupuncture groups(P<0.05). However, the gastrointestinal emptying velocity was significantly faster in the acupuncture group than that in the model group(P<0.05). [Conclusion] The gastrointestinal emptying velocity decreases due to the neurogenic bowel dysfunction subsequent to spinal injury, however, acupuncture of lower confluent point does improve dynamic gastrointestinal function after spinal cord injury.
