摘要
个体情感在大学治理中尚未受到足够的重视。文章以行为经济学和道德心理学的研究为基础,探讨了个体情感在大学治理中的重要价值,构建了基于组织承诺和组织身份的情感模型,并以此为基础重审了大学的组织特性和决策风格。将个体情感视为大学治理的微观基础,是进一步推动大学治理现代化的重要视角。
Individual affect has not received enough attention in university governance. Based on the research of behavioral economics and moral psychology, this paper explores the important value of individual affect in university governance, constructs an emotional model based on organizational commitment and organizational identity, and re-examines the organizational characteristics and decision-making style of the university from this perspective. In order to promote the modernization of university governance, treating individual affect as the micro-foundation of university governance is an important perspective.
