多品种小批量生产方式的SIMIO仿真优化 被引量:9

摘要 当前企业产品类型繁杂和生产批量小,致使生产线中工件平均等待时间过长、在制品多、资源共享率低,亟需对该类型问题的生产方式进行研究。以某生产线为实例,提出采用SIMIO软件进行建模与仿真优化,对比分析了流水线和分割单元生产两种生产方式;在此基础上提出一种二进制排序算法进行设备单元分割,在相同环境下对各类型生产线进行分析与改进。结果表明:在设备利用率、工件平均等待时间、在制品数等指标方面,基于二进制排序算法的单元生产方式具有优越的性能。 At present,the types of products are complicated and the production batch is small,which makes the average waiting time for the workpiece in the production line too long,many in work and low in resource sharing.It is urgent to study the production mode of this type of problem.Taking a production line as an example,SIMIO software was used to make modeling and simulation optimization,two production modes of production lines and segmentation units were compared and analyzed.On this basis,a binary sorting algorithm was proposed for unit division,and the various types of production lines were analyzed and improved in the same environment.The results show that the unit production method based on binary sorting algorithm has superior performance in the aspects of equipment utilization,the average waiting time of the work piece,the number of work in work and so on.
