摘要
介绍了水性丙烯酸树脂在可剥离防护涂料中的开发原理及应用研究。首先以独特的附着力控制技术合成了具有特殊结构的丙烯酸酯乳液,并以此为成膜物质,辅以合适的色浆和助剂,制备成水性可剥离涂料。研究了水性丙烯酸可剥离涂料的剥离机理、剥离影响因素、对基材表面的影响以及耐水、耐候等性能。相比较其他体系,水性丙烯酸可剥离涂料表现出了较好的可剥离性能,尤其是长期户外保护后仍然容易剥离,为多种基材表面提供良好的临时性防护,减少后期维护成本,为客户带来价值,有较大的潜在市场需求。
In this paper,the peel mechanism and application of waterborne acrylic resin in strippable coatings was described. Firstly,a waterborne acrylic strippable resin was synthesized by a special emulsion polymerization and adhesion control technology,and then the strippable paint was prepared based on this resin as film together with suitable colorants and additives. In addition,the strippability performance and application were studied,such as peel mechanism,influencing factors on strippability,impacts on surface,water resistance and durability. Compared to other systems,this product showed better fast drying process,better strippability performance even after long term service. It could provide long term temporary protection and reduce the followed maintainance to add extra values to customers and potential wide applications.
