文旅融合时代下的公共图书馆发展研究与思考

Research and Reflection on the Development of Public Libraries in the Era of the Integration of Culture and Tourism

伴随着2018年文化和旅游部的组建以及相关政策意见的出台,图书馆界围绕文旅融合开始新的研究探讨和实践探索。文章基于"文旅融合"这个核心理念和思想,利用文献调研、案例分析等方法,梳理归纳历史与当下公共图书馆关于文旅融合的理论研究,分析总结目前公共图书馆探索文旅融合的创新实践成果,并从理念契合、机构整合、资源统合、服务切合和产业聚合五个方面深入思考和剖析,提出符合公共图书馆行业特点的"五个发展"工作路径,并展望公共图书馆深化文旅融合发展的"两个目标"美好愿景,以期进一步坚定文化自信、激发文化创造活力、促进图书馆事业发展。

With the establishment of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in 2018 and the introduction of relevant policics and opinions,the libraries start a new research and practice exploration around the integration of culture and tourism.Based on the core idea of "integration of culture and tourism",using literature research and case analysis methods,this paper generalizes the previous and present theoretical research on the integration of culture and tourism in public libraries.And the paper analyzes and summarizes the innovative achievements of public library in exploring the integration of culture and tourism.Further more,with the thinking and in-depth analysis from the aspects of integration of concept,organization,resources,service and industry,we prpose "five development paths" in accordance with the characteristics of public library and "two goals" of the integrated development of culture and tourism in public library,in order to strengthen cultural confidence,stimulate cultural creativity and promote the development of library.
