食用菌细菌性病害研究进展

Advances in Bacterial Diseases of Edible Fungi

随着食用菌产业规模的不断扩大,细菌性病害成为阻碍食用菌产业快速发展的一个严重问题。目前,细菌性病害多发生于蘑菇属、侧耳属、金针菇、草菇和香菇等食用菌上,笔者介绍了国内外食用菌细菌性病害的研究进展,总结了食用菌细菌性病害的发病症状、病原菌的类型及鉴定方法、病害的防治方法,为食用菌细菌性病害的防治和深入研究提供参考。

As the edible mushroom cultivation scale progressively increased over the past years,mushroom diseases have become a major bottleneck of the development of the edible mushroom industry.Bacterial infections of edible mushrooms occur frequently in Agaricus spp.,Pleurotus spp.,Flammulina velutipes,Volvariella volvacea,and Lentinula edodes.This article reviews advances in edible fungal bacterial diseases all over the world,including symptoms of edible fungal bacterial diseases,types of pathogens,identification methods,and disease control methods,thereby providing a reference for the control of edible fungal bacterial diseases.
