摘要
卓越幼儿教师核心素养既与幼儿教师个体的专业素养提升相关,又与幼儿教师整体行业质量和学前教育质量提升紧密相关。卓越幼儿教师核心素养的内涵包括个体技能素养、个体知识素养、群体知识素养、群体技能素养四个方面。个性化的教学能力培养,幼儿教育政策的制定与引导,教师职业道德的提升,卓越幼儿教师团队的组建,是卓越幼儿教师核心素养的实现路径。
The core literacy of excellent preschool teachers is not only related to the improvement of individual professional quality of preschool teachers,but also closely related to the improvement of the overall quality of preschool education.The connotation of excellent preschool teachers’ core literacy includes four aspects:individual skill literacy,individual knowledge literacy,social knowledge literacy,and social skill literacy.Through long-term kindergarten teaching and work practice activities,cultivating individualized teaching competency,formulating and guiding educational policies,improving professional ethics,and setting up excellent teams are the ways to improve the excellent preschool teachers’ core literacy.
