槐杞黄颗粒联合常规治疗对早期糖尿病肾病患者的临床疗效

Clinical effects of Huaiqihuang Granules combined with routine treatment on patients with early diabetic nephropathy

目的研究槐杞黄颗粒联合常规治疗对早期糖尿病肾病患者的临床疗效。方法 100例患者随机分为对照组(48例)和观察组(52例),对照组给予常规治疗(控制血糖、降低血压、调整血脂等),观察组在对照组基础上加用槐杞黄颗粒,疗程12周。检测尿蛋白指标[尿白蛋白/肌酐比值(UACR)、24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h Upro)、尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)]、血清炎症因子[白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、核因子-κB(NF-κB)]、血清氧化应激指标[丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)]变化。结果治疗后,2组尿蛋白指标、血清炎症因子、MDA降低(P<0.05),SOD、GSH-Px升高(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(P<0.05)。结论槐杞黄颗粒联合常规治疗能降低早期糖尿病肾病患者尿蛋白水平,其机制可能与抑制炎症反应、减轻氧化应激有关。

AIM To study the clinical effects of Huaiqihuang Granules combined with routine treatment on patients with early diabetic nephropathy.METHODS One hundred patients were randomly assigned into control group(48 cases) for 12-week intervention of routine treatment(such as controlling blood glucose, reducing blood pressure, regulating blood lipid), and observation group(52 cases) for 12-week intervention of both Huaiqihuang Granules and routine treatment. The changes in urinary protein indices[urinary albumin creatinine ratio(UACR), 24 h urinary protein quantification(24 h Upro), urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER)], serum inflammatory factors[interleukin-1β(IL-1β), interleukin-6(IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), transforming growth factor-β1(TNF-β1), nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)] and serum oxidative stress indices[malonaldehyde(MDA), superoxide discoutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)] were detected.RESULTS After the treatment, the two groups demonstrated decreased urinary protein indices, serum inflammatory factors and MDA(P<0.05), and increased SOD and GSH-Px(P<0.05), especially for the observation group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients with early diabetic nephropathy, Huaiqihuang Granules combined with routine treatment can reduce urinary protein level, whose mechanisms may contribute to the inhibition of inflammatory reactions and alleviation of oxidative stress.
