小金丸联合左氧氟沙星和甲硝唑对盆腔炎性包块患者的临床疗效

Clinical effects of Xiaojin Pills combined with levofloxacin and metronidazole on patients with pelvic inflammatory mass

目的探讨小金丸联合左氧氟沙星和甲硝唑对盆腔炎性包块患者的临床疗效。方法 100例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组给予左氧氟沙星和甲硝唑,观察组在对照组基础上加用小金丸,疗程4周。检测临床疗效、血常规指标(WBC、NEUT)、炎性包块直径、VAS评分、炎症因子(CRP、MCP-1、TNF-α、TGF-β1)、血流动力学指标(PI、RI、PSV)变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血常规指标、VAS评分、炎症因子降低(P<0.05),炎性包块直径缩小(P<0.05),血流动力学指标升高(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(P<0.05)。结论小金丸联合左氧氟沙星和甲硝唑可减轻盆腔炎性包块患者炎症反应,改善血流动力学水平。

AIM To explore the clinical effects of Xiaojin Pills combined with levofloxacin and metronidazole on patients with pelvic inflammatory mass.METHODS One hundred patients were randomly assigned into control group(50 cases) for 4-week administration of levofloxacin and metronidazole, and observation group(50 cases) for 4-week administration of Xiaojin Pills, levofloxacin and metronidazole. The changes in clinical efficacy, routine blood indices(WBC, NEUT), inflammatory mass diameter, VAS score, inflammatory factors(CRP, MCP-1, TNF-α, TGF-β1) and hemodynamic indices(PI, RI, PSV) were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05). After the treatment, the two groups displayed decreased routine blood indices, VAS score and inflammatory factors(P<0.05), reduced inflammatory mass diameter(P<0.05) and increased hemodynamic indices(P<0.05), especially for the observation group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients with pelvic inflammatory mass, Xiaojin Pills combined with levofloxacin and metronidazole can alleviate inflammatory reactions and improve hemodynamic levels.
