内爆下爆距对舱壁变形挠度影响的数值模拟研究

摘要 为了研究舱内爆炸时爆距的改变对远爆端和近爆端舱壁变形挠度的影响,运用有限元分析软件建立舱室内爆的仿真模型,分析了爆距变化后舱壁的变形情况及非舱室中心爆炸时舱内冲击波的分布及压力的作用情况。结果表明,在爆距比L1/L2>1时,远端舱壁的变形挠度总大于近端舱壁,两舱壁的变形挠度差随L1/L2的增大而增大。当爆距L1增大时,远端舱壁的变形挠度基本呈线性增加,挠度增量约为爆距增量的11%,而近端舱壁的挠度变化不明显;当爆距比L1/L2>1时,舱内爆炸后作用于远端舱壁的冲击波为初始冲击波与来自近端舱壁及四周刚性舱壁的反射冲击波相互作用而形成的叠加波。远端舱壁的冲量总大于近端舱壁的冲量,且两侧舱壁的冲量差值随着L1/L2的增大近线性增加。结果可为内爆下舱壁的防护研究提供一定的参考。 In order to study the influence of the change of explosion distance in the cabin on the deflection of the far and near bulkheads,the simulation model of cabin explosion was established by using the finite element analysis software.The deformation of the bulkhead after the explosion distance change and the distribution of shock wave and the action of pressure when the explosion in the non-cabin center were analyzed.The results show that when the blasting distance ratio is L1/L2>1,the deflection of the far bulkhead is always greater than that of the near bulkhead,and the deflection difference between the two bulkheads increases with the increase of L1/L2.When the detonation distance L1 increases,the deflection of the far bulkhead increases linearly,and the deflection increment is about 11%of the explosion distance increment,and the deflection of the nera bulkhead does not change significantly.When the blasting distance ratio is greater than L1/L2>1,the shock wave that reaches the far bulkhead for the first time after the explosion in the cabin is the superimposed wave formed by the interaction of the initial shock wave and the reflection shock wave from the near bulkhead and the rigid bulkhead.The impulse of the far bulkhead is greater than that of the near bulkhead,and the impulse difference increases about linearly with the increase of L1/L2.The research results can provide some references for the research on the bulkhead protection in in-cabin Explosion.
