折叠式夹层板面内连接结构优化设计方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 夹层板具有优越的力学性能,能够迎合未来海军舰船结构发展的需求,但夹层板连接结构成为限制其在舰船设计中应用的重要因素。本文基于折叠式夹层板系统地研究了夹层板面内连接结构优化设计方法,提出了夹层板连接结构设计原则,在此基础上提出了4种折叠式夹层板面内连接结构概念设计方案,并基于折叠式夹层板结构尺寸提出了面内连接结构初步设计方案,并基于此分别开展了面内连接结构尺寸优化设计和形式优化设计,最终基于综合评分法确定了最优的面内连接结构设计方案,并提出了用于指导夹层板面内连接结构设计的优化设计方法。 Sandwich panels with superior mechanical properties can meet the needs of future warship structure development.But sandwich panel connections always restrict the application of sandwich panels in ship structure.In this paper,the structure optimize design methods of sandwich panels in-plane connections were studied and proposed based on folded core sandwich pannels.The design principles of new sandwich panels in-plane connections were raised.And four sandwich panels in-plane connections concept design schemes were raised,and the preliminary dimension schemes of them were designed based sandwich pannels dimensions.Then optimize design of connections dimensions and types were studied and the optimal scheme was determined.Finally,the optimize design methods of new sandwich panels in-plane connections were raised.
