核潜艇国际合作相关问题研究

Research on issues related to international cooperation of nuclear submarines

核潜艇由核反应堆提供动力,可以装载核武器和各种导弹,其国际合作具有较高的敏感性,且有违反国际军控与防扩散制度的潜在风险,易受到国际社会关注。本文对国际上已经开展的核潜艇合作项目进行梳理,并以此为基础对核潜艇国际合作开展相关研究,总结合作的特点,剖析现有国际制度对核潜艇国际合作的管制"漏洞",分析核潜艇国际合作的风险,以及国际社会对相关合作事件的态度。

Nuclear submarines are powered by nuclear reactors and may be loaded with nuclear weapons and various missiles.The international cooperation of nuclear submarines has high political sensitivity and may have potential risks in violation of the international arms control and non-proliferation regime,and is highly vulnerable to the attention of the international community.This paper has carefully reviewed the international cooperation projects of nuclear submarines that have been carried out internationally,and based on this,conducted relevant research on international cooperation of major nuclear submarines,summarized the characteristics of international cooperation of major nuclear submarines,analyzed the vulnerabilities of the existing international system's control over international cooperation of nuclear submarines.,and analyzed the risks of international cooperation of major nuclear submarines and the attitude of the international community to relevant cooperation events.
