摘要
硬脆材料在航空航天等领域的应用日益广泛,在硬脆材料上加工出微观表面形貌损伤少的小孔,一直是制造领域的技术难题之一。采用超声波磁流变复合钻削方法加工硬脆材料小孔,通过建立材料去除理论模型,揭示了超声波磁流变复合钻削材料去除规律。实验表明:超声波磁流变钻削硬脆材料小孔方法可较好地提高零件的表面加工质量。
Hard brittle materials are widely continuously applied in aerospace and other fields,drilling micro deep holes whose surface morphology damage is less has been one of difficult technical problems in the manufacturing field. To drill the micro deep holes was explored by the ultrasonic Magneto-Rheological Fluids( MRF) composite drilling,and the MRF ultrasonic composite drilling rules were revealed through establishing material removal model. It is verified that the drilling effect of surface quality of micro holes is well improved by experiments in using the method.
