摘要 切削力是影响刀具耐用度和被加工表面质量的重要因素,其中刀具几何角度在金属切削加工过程中对切削力的大小影响很大。以汽轮机薄壁叶片为研究对象,在ABAQUS的基础上,研究金属模拟过程中的关键技术,提出薄壁叶片的铣削加工模拟模型;在此基础上对刀具几何角度进行了单因素和多因素正交模拟实验分析,建立了刀具几何参数的切削力经验模型。实验证明:切削力有限元模拟值与切削力实验测试值大体一致,所得结果基本有效。 Milling force is an important factor affecting tool durability and machined surface quality. Cutter geometry angle has a great influence on the milling force during metal cutting. Based on ABAQUS,the key technologies in the metal simulation process of turbine thin-walled blades as objects are studied. The simulation model of machining thin walled blades was put forward. On the basis of the above analysis,the single-factor and multi-factor of orthogonal simulation experiments analysis about the cutter geometry angle were carried out,and the empirical model of milling force was established. Experiment shows that the results of finite element method( FEM) simulation of milling force are approximately the same as that of experimental test,and the results obtained are basically effective.
