IBA处理对美国木豆树扦插生根及其生理生化的影响 被引量:12

Effects of IBA treatment on rooting of cutting and physiological and biochemical twig of Catalpa bignonioides

摘要 以美国木豆树当年生嫩枝为材料制作插穗,分析不同质量浓度IBA(CK,0 mg·L-1、T 1,500 mg·L-1、T 2,1000 mg·L-1、T 3,1500 mg·L-1)处理对生根性状、氧化酶活性和内源激素的影响。结果表明,插穗经IBA处理后其生根率显著提高(P<0.05),T 2处理生根能力最强,其插穗生根率为84.0%、平均每株生根量22.7个、根直径2.19 mm,CK插穗生根能力最差。从整体上看,IBA处理的插穗POD、PPO、IAAO和SOD活性明显高于CK,在愈伤期、根原基期和不定根产生期,T 2处理的POD、PPO活性显著高于其他处理。IBA处理的插穗内源激素IAA和GA 3含量整体高于CK,ABA含量明显低于CK,ZR含量根原基期前明显高于CK,根原基期后明显低于CK。由此可见,美国木豆树嫩枝扦插最佳IBA质量浓度为T 2,IBA可显著影响与生根相关的氧化酶活性和内源关键激素含量,促进不定根形成。 The annual twigs of the Catalpa bignonioides were used as the materials for cutting and the effects of the treatment with different mass concentrations of IBA(CK,0 mg·L-1,T 1,500 mg·L-1,T 2,1000 mg·L-1,T 3,1500 mg·L-1)on the rooting traits,oxidase activity,endogenous hormones and nutrients were analyzed.The results showed that:after IBA treatment,the rooting rate of cuttings was significantly improved.The strongest rooting ability was found in T 2,with the rooting rate of 84.0%,the average rooting amount was 22.7 roots per plant,and the rooting ability of the CK cuttings was the worst.In general,in twigs with IBA treatment,the activities of oxidase enzymes POD,PPO,IAAO and SOD during the rooting process were significantly higher than those in CK.During the stage of allus,the stage of root primordium,and the stage of adventitious root production,,the activities of POD and PPO were the highest in T 2.In twigs with IBA treatment,the content of endogenous hormones IAA and GA3 was significantly higher than that in CK during rooting,while the content of ABA was significantly lower than that in CK,and ZR content was significantly higher than that of CK before the stage of root primordium,but significantly lower after this stage.During rooting,the contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein of cuttings in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group.It can be seen that the best IBA mass concentration for twig cutting of the Catalpa bignonioides was T 2.IBA can significantly affect the activity of oxidase and the contents of endogenous key hormones and nutrients related to rooting,and promote the formation of adventitious roots.
