摘要
基于复杂适应系统(CAS)视角,分析区域科技金融网络演化机理,并划分出演化阶段及其特征。运用多主体仿真的方法,构建区域科技金融网络演进的仿真模型,对其演化规律和特征进行分析和探讨。研究表明:(1)政府扶持性资金在网络演化初期效果显著,随着演化的推移,反而会遏制区域科技金融网络的发展;(2)扩大风险投资的投资规模对网络演化效果最为明显,但实现周期较长;(3)知识产权评估中介、企业信用评级中介等网络中介节点可以促进网络中的信息共享程度,一定程度的信息共享有助于区域科技金融网络实现资金的合理分配。
Based on the view of Complex Adaptive Systems (CAS), this paper analyzes the evolution mechanism of regional sci-tech financial network and divides it into several evolution stages with different characteristics. This paper uses the method of multi-agent simulation to construct the simulation model of evolution in the regional sci-tech financial network, analyzing and discussing its evolution law and characteristics. The research shows that: (1)The effect of government support fund in the initial stage of network evolution is remarkable. However, the development of regional sci-tech financial network will be restrained as time goes on;(2) Expanding the investment scale of venture capital has the most obvious effect on the evolution, but the realize period is longer;(3)The network intermediary nodes such as intellectual property evaluation intermediary and enterprise credit rating intermediary can promote the degree of information sharing in the network. A certain degree of information sharing is helpful to realize the rational allocation of funds in the regional sci-tech financial network.
