摘要
为更好发挥北京高校在基础研究、产学研协同创新和区域科技创新等方面的优势,进一步推动科技创新中心建设,采用实证分析方法,依据2012-2017年北京高校在R&D人员、R&D经费投入、科技产出及成果、专利所有权转让及技术合同成交等方面的数据,找出北京高校参与科技创新中心建设的问题与短板,针对存在的问题给出对策与建议。
In order to give full play to the advantages of Beijing universities in basic research, collaborative innovation of industry, University and research, regional innovation of science and technology, and further promote the construction of science and technology innovation center, empirical analysis method is used to find out the problems and shortcomings of universities in Beijing participating in the construction of science and technology innovation center, according to data of R&D personnel, R&D fund input, science and technology output and achievements, patent ownership transfer and technology contract transaction from 2012 to 2017, and finally countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the existing problems.
