摘要
通过对中美两国政府AI战略、科技巨头公司AI产业布局的比较研究,揭示我国在人工智能领域与美国存在的差距,分析我国AI领域缺乏战略性系统布局、AI开源技术和AI研究人才等问题,进而提出促进我国人工智能产业发展的对策建议。
This paper reveals the gap between China and the United States in the field of artificial intelligence and then proposes countermeasures to promote the development of China’s artificial intelligence industry.
