摘要
介绍了新型转向架结构组成和构架材料选择,并依据EN 13749-2011标准相关内容,对新研制转向架构架进行有限元分析和强度试验;利用Hypermesh软件对构架三维模型进行离散化处理,对其进行有限元分析;采用一种新构架试验方法,在疲劳试验台进行静强度试验和疲劳试验;通过在试验过程中施加标定工况和正常运营工况载荷,监控构架和试验工装的状态。仿真分析和试验结果表明,新型转向架构架主体结构能够满足相关标准要求。
The structure of a new welding bogie and the material selection of bogie frame were introduced,and the finite element analysis and strength test were made for the bogie frame based on the EN 13749—2011 standard.The three-dimensional model was discretized by Hypermesh software,and the finite element analysis was carried out.The static strength test and fatigue test were organized on the fatigue test bench by using a new test method of bogie frame.The performance of bogie frame and test tool was inspected by making use of calibration static loads combinations and normal service loads combinations in the process of test.The simulation and test results showed that the new welding bogie frame met the design requirement.
