Adult H3 K27M mutant diffuse midline glioma:one case report and literature review

摘要 组蛋白H3 K27M基因突变型弥漫中线胶质瘤是2016年版世界卫生组织(WHO)中枢神经系统肿瘤分类标准中新增的胶质瘤分类,其特点是H3 K27M特定位点突变及好发于中线部位,属高度恶性肿瘤,多见于儿童,偶见成人。目前对H3 K27M突变型弥漫中线胶质瘤诊治的报道较少,空军军医大学西京医院神经外科曾收治1例成人H3 K27M突变型弥漫中线胶质瘤患者,现将该患者的诊治经过报道如下。
